A rock solid construction utilizing heavy gauge 2"x1"x11ga steel tubing and brackets, 1" thick solid wood platform, and 1" thick solid rubber mats will take a beating from your heaviest lifts. Bars for band assisted lifts offer a dimension of flexibility to add into your routine. This is a serious platform that will get the job done day after day.
*frame does not secure to the ground, if you are looking to use the band pegs you will need to drill into the framing tubes and secure to your floor or weigh it down
* Do not place directly on concrete floor, it will absorb moisture. Place a plastic vapor barrier between platform and your garage floor to avoid bowing

Not ideal if you are using it with bands for Speed Pulls. I’ve tightened the bars to the platform with high hopes I’d create enough force in tightness around the mats to hold the platform together and it wouldn’t come up while I’m deadlifting and I was completely wrong. 600+ dollars later and here I am, placing a 50lbs Dumbbell to hold it down. lol guess I’ll have to use chains on some days
Been looking for a platform for a while now. This thing is solid and felt good on a few test lifts. Excited to put it to regular use.

I was so happy to get this to protect my floor and keep the noise down. Installation was so easy. My dog enjoys getting hair all over it lol
Great feel to the platform, good size (just right when doing jerks considering I’m 6 ft tall), very stable after installing the foldable squat rack on it. I’m able to fold and open the rack without issues. The wood looks great also. Love doing Olympic lifts on it. Overall, great bang for your buck.
Solid platform, I placed on another padded gym floor surface! Pads are heavy duty have already done heavy lifting and it holds up well.
The platform looks quite nice and is sturdy enough for me as a 5'5", 135 lb, 50 year-old weightlifter. However, I am an Olympic lifter, and although this platform is described as being for Olympic lifting, at under 5 feet long, it is too short for most lifters to safely perform snatches and clean & jerks. Admittedly, I should have noted that prior to purchasing. I was able to stack two 3/4" stall mats on both the front and back of the platform to add some length for safety.
