Lifting Platform

Calling all Serious Olympic Lifters!! Add this platform to your home gym to get the competition feel without having to leave home. A rock solid construction utilizing heavy gauge 2"x1"x11ga steel tubing and brackets, 1" thick solid wood platform, and 1" thick solid rubber mats will take a beating from your heaviest lifts. Bars for band assisted lifts offer a dimension of flexibility to add into your routine. This is a serious platform that will get the job done day after day.

*frame does not secure to the ground, if you are looking to use the band pegs you will need to drill into the framing tubes and secure to your floor or weigh it down

* Do not place directly on concrete floor, it will absorb moisture. Place a plastic vapor barrier between platform and your garage floor to avoid bowing
