Brass bushings allow it to spin freely and quietly as you perform any Olympic, powerlifting, or cross-fit movement. This is a serious bar for serious lifters. The softer knurling will not rip or tear hands, but for those who prefer a rougher, more aggressive knurl this may not be the best option.

1st package came and was bent up and debted. Better packaging to protect the Barbell from dents and scratches. They sent another one and it works amazingly.
So far it’s everything I was looking for!!! I do prefer center knurling but definitely not a deal breaker Definitely my new go to for gym equipment. I’ll glad pay a few bucks more to not have to deal with fb marketplace not knowing what you’re really getting

bar quality is great! the bearings could be a little better. but all in all the bar is great.
The bar showed up in great condition. The black coating on the bar looks really clean, the knurled section are a comfortable medium for good grip.

Our students love this new Bar!
We've only had the bar a few weeks and it is holding up great. It came covered in oil to prevent rust and it's taking awhile for the oil to wear off the knurling. Other than it has been a solid bar!
The bar was a great addition to my home gym. I like the 28mm size and that the knurls are not so raised that they rip your hands, but still enough to get a good grip.
