Coming in at almost 100lbs. this bench is heavy enough to not wobble or give no matter what you are doing. With both adjustable backrest and base, you can comfortably go from flat bench to upright shoulder press in no time. The marked guides also ensure you always adjust the bench to the desired height for repeatable training. The breathable fabric also helps keep the bench dry and odor free no matter how sweaty you may get it.
