These hex bars are comparable to a lot of way more expensive brands. The knurling on the handles is great and provides great grip for control.

trap bar for me is better that barbell dead lifts. less prone to injury i.e. ruptured bicep
Great quality bar! Love the little touch of the end cap with the weight on it.
Excellent experience. Pickup was a breeze. The quality of the weights and bar are top notch. Highly recommend Homegrown Lifts!!!
Perfect diamond bar! 10/10 quality!
It is as sturdy as they come with perfect knurling on the handles. Grippy without the sharpness!
The Hex bar was shipped very quickly and arrived well packaged. The bar was also oiled which was nice, obviously to prevent rusting. The bar is great, the 45# weight of the bar is good because you don't need to re-do the math when adding plates. The bar also fits normal barbell clamps (the hex bar did come with a pair of standard clamps as well). The knurling on the bar is a little more aggressive than the rouge ohio bar knurling. Since there won't be much movement on the bar, I don't think it'll be a problem. Overall the bar is well constructed, welds appear to be good. Would recommend this.
I love the hex bar. It’s well made and a great addition to my home gym.
Fast shipping, definitely good quality especially for a single user home gym
Great products and excellent customer service!
Nice!
Hex bar is great! Adds good variety to my deadlift regimen while taking some stress off my elbow joints.

Hit 495 on my first PR day with this bar, knurling is great, plenty of grip.
It’s a great bar. Simple yet sturdy! Price was great and shipping was really reasonable.
Homegrown Lifting has been great to deal with. Their products are of very good quality and perfect for my daughters, wife, and I in our home gym. Very impressed with them! Would recommend and will be buying some more equipment in the near future.
Excellent bar, great knurling, and I have been using it almost every workout. GET THIS BAR.
Came as advertised. I like the etched grips.
Very good quality
Great value!
The hex bar is such a solid five-star buy!
Everything is working well so far. The equipment was purchased for a Rural Fire Department and fits our needs perfectly.
Great trap bar for deadlifts! Handles up for a little more height or handles down for the same height as a straight bar. Great price and quick shipping!
This hex bar is GREAT! I'm not a big deadlift fan in general but I enjoy incorporating a hex bar for more explosive work. This one from Homegrown is a very nice build and doesn't hurt the wallet too much. Can't speak highly enough on this company and the products they're making!
